I can't seem to tell her how I feel, every time I try I chicken out.  I'm going insane, I talk to her everyday and I dont know what to do, any advice?

If she wasn’t interested in you at all, she wouldn’t be talking back to you, so my guess is that there is some spark there. But while I understand that you have strong feelings for her, you have to pull yourself together before you do something foolish. You don’t want to just blurt out that you love her. You have to see her in some other situations and get to know her better. I don’t know if you could handle a “date” the way you feel, so why don’t you organize a group date. Ask some friends if they’d like to see a movie on Saturday night, and then ask this girl if she’d like to go along. This won’t put too much pressure on either of you. And if she has a good excuse, like a family party, you won’t sit home moping but will be out with other friends.
