Though I’m not a medical doctor, since yeast infections are known to cause odors, it sounds to me like her yeast infection is back. She knew she had it the last time, you’re married and intimate, so why are you afraid to tell her that her vagina smells? She won’t be mad at you, she’ll be happy to know so that she can get it treated.  This is not something to be embarrassed about; not between two people who have sexual relations.  You not only owe it to yourself but you also owe it to her to report what your nose has detected.
