Congratulations! You’ve graduated med school, completed your residency and you are now officially a medical doctor, just what you’ve always wanted. Better yet, you know what they say, “Mom always wanted me to marry a doctor.” Looks like you’ll be attracting partners from the four corners of the world.
However, after a long, sometimes stressful day of patient care and treatment, you may find yourself lacking focus and energy for the bedroom. One of the most important tips to remember is to leave your work at the door.
However difficult it may be to do, remember your work will still be there when you leave the bedroom, so practice making a split between work and sex. This will prevent the stresses that coincide with your role as an MD from lingering in the back of your mind during intercourse.
Once your train yourself to separate your professional worries and concerns outside, you may achieve a fulfilled sex life inside! Watch my brief video for more tips on how physicians can achieve healthy sex habits online at TheDoctorsChannel.com.
