Why does making noise during sex distract me? |
 I have recently started dating my ex-husband.
We have been apart for a few years and both have had other relationships. For me, it was one and for him, it was many. We were together for 10 years prior to the break-up. My question is that now that we have gotten back together, he has a problem with the fact that I don't make noise. Apparently, most other women that he had been with do. I think it would be fake at this point for me. I just go inward during sex. I enjoy every minute of it, but it I feel like it would take away from my pleasure to make noise, and I wonder if he would be satisfied with me faking that?
 Many women, and men, don’t want to make noise because it would be a distraction and therefore take away from their pleasure. As to faking the noise, who knows how many of the women he dated were doing just that? And so you could do it too, if it doesn’t bother you and it pleases him. I’m not against making sacrifices for people, just so long as they are not too large. You might also try making noise, in an honest manner, and see what happens, You could end up liking it.
