Why does my man not ejaculate during intercourse? |
 Well, after we were together for a while, before marriage, my man said that I should learn his secret: He likes to masturbate to come to orgasm after intercourse.
He is rough with himself rubbing with a hard technique while I play with his balls or tickle or insert a finger in his anus. It is not a problem for me and we are very close, but I wonder if he might have scar tissue from a long ago vasectomy. He is able to stimulate me by playing with my clitoris and I regularly come. He is erect quickly and stays that way until after the masturbation. I cannot stimulate him to ejaculation despite trying, even with oral sex. Both are fun. Should we be grateful that we are as satisfied as we are or should we pursue a trip to the doctor to see why he does not ejaculate in intercourse?  There are men, and women too, who get so used to masturbating in a certain way that they can’t have an orgasm any other way. If the two of you were younger and looking to have children, then this might be a problem, but if you can both get sexual satisfaction from having sex together, it really doesn’t matter how it happens. So since this really doesn’t bother you, yes you should be grateful that you can both be satisfied, and don’t worry about this. A sex therapist might be able to help him, but since he’s not young and likely very set in his ways, I’m guessing, the therapist might not be able to help. So my advice is to just keep doing what you’re doing and not worry about it.
