I go to Payard so often for lunch that I have my own table, where they keep special pillows for me so that I can sit comfortably. Francois Payard, the owner, is considered one of the world’s best pastry chefs, so the desserts are out of this world.

In addition to pastries, they also make their own chocolates. For anyone out there who believes that chocolate enhances the mood for love, Payard is a place where the mood won’t just be enhanced, it will skyrocket!
