This past week I've started a long-term diet and have also been exercising at a gym daily. Just recently I was talking with a friend and the size of my penis came up? For me there was no easy way to answer the question so I lied. I am currently 1 inch flaccid and 3.5 to 4.5 inches erect with probably 1-inch girth. The girth factor is worrying me a lot. I am aware this is under average but am curious that if being obese could be making it smaller. I have heard a small pad of fat in the pubic area could make it smaller is this true? So now I must ask does the size of the penis matter and can 3.5 to 4.5 inches really pleasure a woman? And can 3.5 to 4.5 inches even get a woman pregnant? I am aware that intimacy and great cunnilingus woman appreciate but if and when I do decide to have sex will this be an issue? I've contemplated talking to my doctor and even my father about this but am obviously worried. Lately I have been really stressing on this issue. Any feedback is appreciated in advance.

One piece of good news is that it is true that under normal circumstances about one third of the penis is buried within the body, but in a fat man, a greater proportion lies covered under the fat, so if you were to lose weight (not a bad idea to begin with) then your penis will appear longer as less of it will be buried.

Of course then we’re left with the age-old question, does size matter? To say size does not matter 100% of the time is not true. There are women who really need a big penis in order to fully enjoy sex. There are also women who are scared of big penises and prefer a small penis. But since a majority of women cannot have an orgasm from intercourse alone, most of the time penis size does not matter. And it matters even less in the context of a relationship. If some woman falls in love with you and then discovers that your penis is on the small side, is she really going to care? And if you’re with a woman who dumps you because of the size of your penis, would she really be the type of woman that you would want to be with in a long-term relationship? So you see, while penis size is a component of a relationship, it’s a very minor one and it’s much more important that you know what to do to give your partner an orgasm in addition to intercourse, because in all likelihood she couldn’t have an orgasm from intercourse no matter the size of your penis.
