I have no problem with an erection but I climax too quickly, my partner is very frustrated needless to say. I haven’t experienced anything like this prior or even after the procedure. Just lately it seem very difficult to control when I’m ready to ejaculate. Any advice would really be appreciated.

Let me start by saying that you are in a better situation than many men who have problems with premature ejaculation (PE). Most men with PE have always had this problem. The solution is to learn to recognize the premonitory sensation or the moment of inevitability, that is to say the moment when it is impossible to stop the orgasm and ensuing ejaculation.
