How Should I Move During Sex? |
|
Hi, I am a 28 year old female, and I would like to know, while having sex, I am confused about movement, when am I supposed to move and when am I supposed to just lay there.
I’ll agree that you are confused, but the word that is most confusing to you is “supposed.” Sex isn’t like bridge or Parcheesi where there are certain rules that you have to follow. When it comes to sex, you do whatever gives you the most pleasure. If you find it pleasurable to move, then you move. If you get tired of moving, then you can lie still, though just because you are not moving your body up and down doesn’t mean that you couldn’t stroke your partner or say something sexy, as opposed to just lying there. On the other hand, if he says that he wants you to just lie there, that he finds anything you might do to be distracting, then that is what you should do. And he should do whatever it takes to give you the most pleasure. You see, the important thing is not to take a guess at what you should do, but to communicate to each other what you would like, and if you’re not sure, then experiment. That’s the fun way to get rid of confusion. |
