Many men have a slight bend in their erect penis, and this will not affect their ability to engage in sexual intercourse at all. If the curve should accentuate to the point where it is difficult to engage in intercourse, it is called Peyronie's disease. There are treatments for this condition so anyone afflicted with a large curve in their penis should consult with their doctor. But a small curve is not something about which they should be concerned.
