We had a very healthy sex life before he was using and it was a little less often, but way more fun while he was using.  Now it’s done.  He’s fingered me once to get me to not be so "bitchy," but I’m miserable.  What do i do to turn it back on again?

The first thing I would counsel you to have is a little more patience. It can be hard to get off of drugs, and you don’t say which ones, but a month really isn’t that long of a time. So maybe all he needs is some more time. You should also see if he’d be willing to have sex, even if he’s not in the mood. Maybe if you can give him an erection, and he starts to have sex, he’ll find that experiencing the pleasure makes him more aroused. Also, let him know that even if he has to push himself to have sex, he might end up enjoying the experience, and if that happens then I would bet that soon enough he won’t have to push himself any longer. So work together on this, and try to be supportive rather than “bitchy” and see if you can’t make some progress.
