How can I achieve orgasm through oral sex? |
I am a 38-year old male and am really wanting to have an orgasm during oral sex. I have been with several ladies who have tried. I feel bad when they give all their effort and there is no reward for them or me, so to speak.
I have never thought of men, or masturbated a lot. It just never seems to work. The feeling is there and my girlfriend now really likes it, but I can see the frustration in her eyes at times. I would really like my first time to be with her. Can you give me some tips of what I can do to maybe help this happen, or is there something really wrong with me?
There’s nothing physically wrong. You just have a mental block. The most common reason for that block is that the first time you tried, you were nervous and so it didn’t work. Then every other time, you remembered that you had this problem the last time, and so you get nervous again and so it doesn’t work again. Now the root of the problem could also be that deep down you don’t feel right about oral sex and so you’re subconscious is stopping you from having an orgasm. But either way, what you have to do is stop thinking. You have to distract your mind and become very aroused so that your mind doesn’t stop you from having an orgasm. What I would recommend is that you use sexual fantasy. Develop, ahead of time, some sexual fantasy that you find very arousing. Then when your girlfriend is performing oral sex, close your eyes and get as deep into this fantasy as possible, so that you block out any distracting thoughts. It might not necessarily work the first time, but try a few times and then let me know what happened.
