Contestants sent in their videos explaining why they deserved the title, the judges selected the finalists and America voted. Phil Roberts, a father of four from Lexington, KY won the title on April 15.

Roberts' video began with a poem narrated by his three-year-old daughter, Ashley. Roberts then proceeded to share the ups-and-downs of his nine-year marriage and how romance is the core of their relationship, even with four children.

As "Ambassador of Love" for one year, Roberts has won a seven-day cruise for two to the Caribbean or the Mexican Riviera.
