I need to know how I can be sure I am doing Kegel exercises properly. I have had 3 kids. The youngest is 8 years old now. I am 34 years old and I know my pelvic muscles are not as strong as they used to be. I have seen some different items that can be used to help to strengthen these muscles, but I do not want to waste money and time if I can do it myself. |
